Bernard Moesseson (formerly of counsel, now retired)
Bernard Mosesson, a Ohio native has a long and prestigious legal career in the field of immigration law.
After graduating from the University of Miami, Ohio with a BA in Economics he joined the United States Army. When he finished his tour of duty in Europe with the U.S. Army Mr. Mosesson was awarded the Bronze Star for crawling into a fox hole and dragging a wounded fellow soldier to safety. Coming back to Cleveland, he attended the Cleveland Marshall School of Law, from which he received his JDL.
Today Mr. Mosesson is a member of the District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Federal U.S. Court of Appeal for the Sixth Circuit and United States Supreme Court.
Bernard was the prosecuting attorney for the city of south Euclid for 25 years. He is Trustee, of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, Chairman of the Immigration Committee and Municipal Court Committee. He holds a chair as Arbitrator for the Cuyahoga County Courts.
As a decorated World War II Veteran he was named the President of the War Veteran Bar Association.
Bernie is now retired and enjoying life in Pittsburgh, Pa where he resides with his daughter and family. He has three grown children, Lane, Dale and a son Jay.
